Reliable as always
I've been a SleepPhones customer for years, and this order was for a new pair of SleepPhones Effortless. My old pair finally gave out after heavy use. The Effortless model is a real step up with the induction charging, it's so much easier than fiddling with a cable every night. Good product, minor shipping delay
